Savle Pty Ltd ACN 607-501-164 as trustee for The St Anns Verve Living Unit Trust trading as St Ann’s Living, (“St Ann’s Living”), is committed to protecting your privacy and your personal information and aims to maintain a high standard of compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (C’th) and the National Privacy Principles.
This Privacy Statement sets out how St Ann’s Living complies with its obligations on collecting, using, securing and disclosing personal information.

The information we collect

St Ann’s Living collects personal information in order to carry on the business of building and operating affordable manufactured housing estates. The primary purpose of collection of personal information is to allow St Ann’s Living to communicate with existing and potential purchasers. From time to time, members of St Ann’s Living conduct surveys, sales events, information events and other sales and marketing events for existing and potential purchasers. We may use and collect personal information for marketing purposes and to improve our services to our existing and potential purchasers.

The minimum amount of personal information we collect is your name, address, telephone number, email address and personal business details. In most circumstances St Ann’s Living may also hold other personal information provided by you, especially where we’ve been engaged by you to act on your behalf in the services we offer.

Information collected from our website

We collect information regarding what pages are accessed by visitors to our website. St Ann’s Living collects and logs this information for statistical purposes.

Through the use of a cookie, St Ann’s Living can record the pages you visit and the information you require. Through analysis of these records, St Ann’s Living endeavours to provide you with an improved service when you revisit St Ann’s Living’s website.

1. Information to be collected from customers is to be relevant and appropriate for operating the St Ann’s Living business.
2. Where practical it is St Ann’s Living’s policy to collect the information from the individual concerned. St Ann’s Living may collect information in particular circumstances about personal preferences to assist St Ann’s Living in its marketing initiatives.
3. From time to time St Ann’s Living may employ third party advertising companies who are used to measure the effectiveness of any advertising by monitoring traffic on its website. Any information collected is anonymous and does not identify people.

Information derived from communications between us and you.

The use of the products and/or services available through our website will determine the amount and type of information we collect. The only personal information we collect when you use our website is what you tell us about yourself, for example, by completing an online form when you request further information or when you send us an email requesting more information, we will record your mail address.
How we use your information.

We use the information we collect for the purpose disclosed at the time of collection, or otherwise as set out in this Privacy Statement. We will not use your personal information for any other purpose without first seeking your consent, unless authorised or required by law.

Generally we will only use and disclose your personal information to:
• Establish and maintain your relationship as a customer of ours;
• Provide the properties and/or services you have requested from us;
• Advise and/or inform you of our products and services that may be of interest to you;
• Comply with local, state or federal legislation or regulations with respect to real estate, property sales, Centrelink rental assistance, and
• Answer your inquiries.

The disclosure of your personal information is voluntary and you are under no obligation to provide any of your personal information to St Ann’s Living. However, you should note that if you choose not to disclose a minimum level of information, it may not be possible for us to provide our services or respond to any general enquiries from you.

St Ann’s Living does not sell your personal details to any organisation.
Also, should you receive any form of communication from us which you would not like to receive ever again, please contact us and we will remove your name from our mailing list.

Access, updating and correction of your personal information

If an individual requests access to their personal information, or requests that we change that personal information, in most cases, we will allow access or make the changes unless we consider that there is a sound reason under the Privacy Act, Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth) (FOI Act) or other relevant law to withhold the information.

If you believe that personal information St Ann’s Living holds about you is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, then you may request amendment of it. We will consider if the information requires amendment. If we do not agree that there are grounds for amendment, then we will add a note to the personal information stating that you disagree with it.

St Ann’s Living may not be able to provide access to information in some situations, including:
• where in St Ann’s Living’s opinion providing you access may create a serious threat to the life or health of any individual or may be an unreasonable intrusion into the privacy of another individual;
• where your request for access is in St Ann’s Living’s opinion frivolous or vexatious; or
• where providing access would be unlawful, may prejudice an investigation of possible unlawful activity, may prejudice enforcement of law, or denying access is specifically authorised by law.

If for any reason St Ann’s Living does not allow you to access your personal information, St Ann’s Living will provide you with reasons in writing for its decision.

In the normal course of business we will respond to your request within 10 business days and endeavour to provide the requested information within 20 business days.

To obtain access to your personal information, you will have to provide proof of identity to ensure that access to the personal information being requested, is provided only to the correct individuals and that the privacy of others is protected.
Please note that St Ann’s Living may charge you a reasonable administration fee to recover its costs for providing access based on the quantity of material and time involved in providing access.

Security

St Ann’s Living will take reasonable steps to ensure information it collects, uses or discloses, is stored in a secure environment, that is accessed only by persons authorised by St Ann’s Living so as to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
When your personal information is no longer required for any purpose, we will take reasonable steps to delete all digital copies and destroy all hard copy versions except to the extent that we are required to hold them by law.

St Ann’s Living endeavours to provide a secure environment and a reliable system but you should be aware that there are inherent risks associated with electronic storage and transmission of information (particularly via the Internet) which cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Accordingly, St Ann’s Living cannot accept responsibility for the security of information you send to, or receive from us over the Internet or for any unauthorised access or use of that information

What if I have a complaint or concern
